We have a pool of proffesional artists specialising in all kinds of ground based circus disciplines, from acrobats to jugglers to stilt walkers.
We aim to keep everything accessible as far as possible, so if your event has any additional needs please contact us and we will see what we can do!

We provide general ground based circus kit such as juggling balls, juggling clubs, spinning plates, hula hoops, diablos etc as well as more specialised workshops with bigger pieces of kit such as the tightrope, unicycles (normal and giraffe) & acrobatics (requiring crash mats etc). The specialised workshops require more coaches to keep everything safe so please start a conversation with us so we can deliver exactly what you require.

All of our tutors have Advanced DBS checks and Public Liability Insurance.

Clown & Theatre Masterclasses

Ethel Darling is a Clown and director trained by L'Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris - a school reknowned worldwide for its creation of theatre makers and performers. She also studied at Circomedia, Bristol specialising in duo and solo acrobatics.

Now in Cornwall she combines all of this training with the sensitivity required to assist in bringing performers to life.

Ethel's own work is influenced by human nature, the instincts to do and say things and to react to the impulses that we are told not to follow. By exposing the naivety that we all have hidden inside, permission is given to make mistakes and find joy from them. This creates honesty which, when bought to performance, allows any audience to connect with you.

Ethel is an experienced teacher, leading Shakespeare and drama lessons with schools for The Minack Theatre, coaching acrobatics and stage craft for Cirk Hes and coaching circus in Paris with CRL10 Paris Anim'. 

She delights in aiding performers to grow and develop new confidence in themselves through the use of game, play and exploration as well as traditional repetition.
